【摘要】:Prescribesmethodsfortheperformanceevaluationoflaserbasedsphericalcoordinatemeasurementsystemsandprovidesabasisforperformancecomparisonsamongsuchsystems.Definitions,environmentalrequirements,andtestmethodsareincludedwithemphasisonpoint-to-pointlengthmeasurements.Thespecifiedtestmethodsareappropriatefortheperformanceevaluationofamajorityofsuchinstrumentsandarenotintendedtoreplacemorecompleteteststhatmayberequiredforspecialapplications.ThisStandardestablishesrequirementsandmethodsforspecifyingandtestingtheperformanceofaclassofsphericalcoordinatemeasurementsystemscalledlasertrackers1.Alasertrackerisaninstrumentthatdirectsthelightfromarangingdevicetoaretroreflectingtarget(calledaretroreflector)bymeansofatwo-axisrotarysteeringmechanismwhilemonitoringtheangularpositionoftheserotaryaxes,therebyformingasphericalcoordinatemetrologysystem.Suchaninstrumentmaymeasureastatictarget,trackandmeasureamovingtarget,ormeasure(andperhapstrack)somecombinationofstaticandmovingtargets.ThisStandardfocusesspecificallyontheuseoflasertrackersasindustrialmeasurementtoolsratherthantheiruseinsurveyingorgeodesy.Specifiedtestsaredesignedtoevaluatethepoint-to-pointlengthmeasurementcapabilitiesoftheseinstruments.Additionaltestsareincludedwhichevaluatetherangemeasurementcapabilityoflasertrackersequippedwithabsolutedistancemeters(ADMs).Thetestsdonotevaluateworkpiecethermalcompensationcapabilityandarenotsensitivetosphericallymountedretroreflector(SMR)imperfections.
