【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiesananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationof2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazineinfoodsimulantsdistilledwater,3%(w/v)aceticacidaqueoussolution,15%(v/v)ethanolaqueoussolutionandrectifiedoliveoil.Thelevelof2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazinemonomerdeterminedisexpressedasmilligramsperkilogramfoodsimulant.Themethodisappropriateforthequantitativedeterminationof2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazineinapproximateanalyteconcentrationrangeof2mg/kgto60mg/kgfoodsimulant.NOTEThemethodshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastotheotherfattyfoodsimulantse.g.sunfloweroil,cornoiloramixtureofsynthetictriglycerides.
