【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardprovidesaguidetotheselectionoftheappropriateconditionsofcontactoffoodsimulantswiththetestarticlebeforethedeterminationofspecificmigrationofthosesubstancessubjecttoamigrationlimit.NOTEAccordingtoDirective2002/72/EC[2]thedeterminationofthemigrationofspecifiedcomponentsinfoodstuffsinsteadoftheuseofsimulantsispermitted.However,inthatsituationthereisnoneedtogiveguidanceonthetestconditionsoftimeandtemperatureascontactconditionsshallbeequaltoconditionsappliedinreal.Alsogeneralguidanceisgivenforthedeterminationoftheamountofthesubstanceinthefinalplasticsmaterialorarticle.
