【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoremovethehazardsandlimittherisksongeneralpurposenumericallycontrolledlargeturningmachinesandturningcentreswhicharedesignedprimarilytoworkcoldmetalasdefinedin3.1and3.2andhereinafterreferredtoas"machines".Thisstandardcoversallsignificantrelevanthazardswhicharelistedinclause4.Thisstandardisappliesto:—numericallycontrolledlargeverticalturningmachinesandturningcentreswhichareequippedwithworkclampingplateexceeding500mmoutsidediameter.—numericallycontrolledhorizontalspindleturningmachinesandturningcentreswithdistancebetweencentresexceeding2000mmorwhichareequippedwithworkclampingdevicesexceeding500mmoutsidediameter.Thestandardalsoappliestoancillarydevices(e.g.forworkpieces,toolsandworkclampingdeviceshandlingdevicesandchiphandlingequipment,etc.)whichareintegraltothemachine.Thisstandardalsoappliesalsotomachineswhichareintegratedinanautomaticproductionlineorturningcellwherethehazardandrisksarisingarecomparabletothoseofmachinesworkingseparately.Whereadditionalprocessesareinvolvedthisstandardcanbetakenasabasis(seealsoannexbibliography)ThisstandarddoesapplytoNCturningmachineswithmachiningfacilitiesundermanualcontrolwhicharedealtwithinEN12840:2000.Thisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
