【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthedirectionoftwistinsingleyarnsandtheamountoftwist,intermsofturnsperunitlength,bytheindirectuntwist/retwistmethod.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosinglespunyarns.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicableto:a)open-endspunyarns;b)falsetwistandselftwistyarns;c)air-jetyarns;d)yarnsthatstretchmorethan0,5%whenthetensionincreasesfrom0,5cN/texto1,0cN/tex.NOTESuchyarnsmaybetestedunderspecialconditionsoftensionwhichareacceptedbyallpartiesinterestedinthetestresults.e)yarnsthataretoolargetopermittheirbeingplacedintheclampsoftestingapparatuswithoutcrushingordistortionsevereenoughtoaffectthetestresults.Themethodisdesignedprimarilyforyarnsinpackages,butbytheapplicationofspecialprecautionstheprocedurescanbeusedforyarnstakenfromfabrics.
