【摘要】:1Thisnoisetestcodespecifiescommonrequirementsnecessarytocarryoutefficientlyandunderstandardizedconditionsthedetermination,declarationandverificationofthenoiseemissioncharacteristicsofthefollowingleatherandimitationleathergoodsandfootwearmanufacturingmachinery:—roughing,scouringandtrimmingmachines(seeEN930:1997);—lastingmachines(seeEN931:1997);—cuttingandpunchingmachines(seeprEN12044:1998);—mouldingmachines(seeEN1845:1998);—nailingmachines(seeEN12653:1999).CommonrequirementsgiveninthisstandardarecomplementedbyspecificrequirementsonnoisegivenintheabovementionedC-typestandards.2Noiseemissioncharacteristicsincludeemissionsoundpressurelevelsatworkstationsandthesoundpowerlevel.Thedeterminationofthesequantitiesisnecessary,e.g.for:—manufacturerstodeclarethenoiseemitted;—comparingthenoiseemittedbymachinesinthefamilyconcerned;—purposesofnoisecontrolatsourceatthedesignstage.3TheuseofthisnoisetestcodeandofthespecificrequirementsonnoisegivenintherelevantC-typestandardensuresthereproducibilityofthedeterminationofthenoiseemissioncharacteristicswithinspecifiedlimitsdeterminedbythegradeofaccuracyofthebasicnoisemeasurementstandardsused.Preferrednoisemeasurementstandardsarethoseofengineeringgradeofaccuracy(grade2).
