【摘要】:1.1Thisoutlineofinvestigationappliestoportable,pneumatic-poweredtools.Thesetoolsareintendedforconnectiontoacompressedairpowersourcewithamaximumpressureof200psiandaregulatortoreducethepressuretotheratedpressureofthetool.1.2Theserequirementsapplyto:buffers,drills,grinders,hammers,impactwrenches,nailers,nibblers,nutrunners,polishers,ratchets,routers,sanders,saws,screwdrivers,shears,staplers,tappers,valveseatgrindersandsimilarpneumatictools.1.3Theserequirementsapplytoportablepneumaticallypoweredtoolsthatcontainelectricalandelectroniccomponents.1.4Theserequirementsapplytoaccessoriesandattachmentsforusewithportablepneumatictools.1.5Theserequirementsdonotapplytofixedorstationarypneumatictools,powder-actuatedtools,rescueequipment,ortoolspoweredbyoxygen,combustiblegas,combustiblefuelorbottledgasincludingair.1.6TheserequirementsdonotapplytotoolsintendedforuseinahazardouslocationasdefinedintheNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70.1.7Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsintheoutline,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisoutline.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisoutlinedoesnotcomplywiththisoutline.Revisionsofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisoutline.
