【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreemethodsfortheexaminationofcolour.Section2specifiesamethodfortheexaminationofapparentcolourbyvisuallyobservingawatersampleinabottle.Thisgivesonlypreliminaryin-formation,forexampleforuseinfieldwork.Onlytheapparentcolourcanbereported.Section3specifiesamethodforthedetermi-nationofthetruecolourofawatersampleusingopticalapparatusandisapplicabletorawandpotablewaterandtoindustrialwateroflowcolour.Forinterferences,see3.3.Section4specifiesamethodforthedetermi-nationofthecolourbyvisualcomparisonwithhexachloroplatinatestandardsolutionsandmaybeappliedtorawanddrinkingwater.Forinter-ferences,see4.2.Undercertaincircumstances,stronglycolouredwatersamplesneedtobedilutedbeforeexaminationordetermination.Whenstatingtheresult,itisabsolutelynecessarytorefertotheappliedmethod.
