【摘要】:ThispartofBS8204givesrecommendationsforconstituentmaterials,design,workonsite,inspectionandtestingofconcretebasesthataretoreceiveinsituwearingscreedsofthefollowingtypes:a)concrete(seeBS8204-2);b)polymermodifiedcement(seeBS8204-3);c)terrazzo(seeBS8204-4);d)masticasphalt(seeBS8204-5);e)syntheticresin(seeBS8204-6);f)magnesiumoxychloride;g)pumpableself-smoothingscreeds(seeBS8204-7);andforbasesandlevellingscreedsthataretoreceiveflexiblefloorcoveringssuchas:h)textiles;i)linoleum;j)polyvinylchloride;k)rubber;l)cork;andrigidflooringssuchas:m)woodblockandstrip;n)laminatefloorcoverings;o)ceramictiles;p)naturalstone.Itappliestoground-supportedandsuspendedconcretefloorbases.ThispartofBS8204includestheuseofconcreteandlevellingscreedsmadewithlightweightaggregatesconformingtoBSEN13055-1.Wheretherecommendationsdifferfromthosefornormalweightaggregates,thesearegiveninAnnexA.Recommendedmethodsfortheassessmentoflevelsandsurfaceregularityandforthedeterminationofinsitucrushingresistance(soundness)aregiveninAnnexC,AnnexDandAnnexE.ThispartofBS8204isnotintendedtoprovideguidanceonthestructuraldesignorrelatedconstructionofconcreteground-supportedfloorsorsuspendedslabs.InformationontheseaspectsisgiveninBS8110-1andreference[4].ThespecificationofconcreteforbaseslabsisgiveninBS8500-2.Therecommendationsinthiscodeofpracticerelatetothoseotheraspectsofdesignandconstructionofconcreteslabsthataffecttheperformanceoftheoverlyinglevellingorwearingscreed.SeePart3forpolymermodifiedcementitiouslevellingscreeds.
